Your role is very important for the safety of the Danish offshore assets in the North Sea. You will make a difference by contributing to maintaining the safety, reliability, and integrity of our clients’ assets throughout their life cycle.
As part of our Verification Team, your base will be at our Esbjerg office. The activities will primarily require desk work from our office with some visits to customers onshore and offshore - typical involvement with offshore operations is five trips of one week per year.
Your qualifications
We would like a colleague who has a positive and solution-oriented mindset. You are systematic, analytical and able to convey your knowledge in an easy-to-understand language. You like to work in a multi-technical environment and are curious about new topics/like investigating new areas.
You can have a helicopter view, be pragmatic and give an opinion that is holistic regarding (process) safety.
As minimum requirements, we expect that:
- You hold a master’s degree in engineering (petroleum engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering) and have minimum three years of experience in engineering, consulting or conformity assessment in relation to the offshore industry or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years’ experience.
- You are willing to go offshore and fulfill medical requirements applicable in the North Sea.
- You are proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- You are thorough and structured and have good reporting skills.
Good Danish skills, both in writing and verbal, is a strong advantage. Experience with oil and gas operations is highly welcomed.
