JKS CAREER is looking for a candidate to join the CSC Team. You will be part of a team with dedicated and competent colleagues, 13 Danish and 3 Swedish, who all have wide experience in order handling, administration and tender processes.
The CSC Team is now expanding and we are looking for a candidate to join the Administration Team - to further develop and strengthen the team with additional
skills and competencies.
The overall purpose for the role is to support and participate in the transformation described in the strategy Excellence 2020. As part of this strategy, the CSC Team is to take over the tasks from the CSC Team in Falun. Therefore it is necessary that our new colleague is fluent in Swedish both spoken and written.

Primary tasks in the Administration Team:
Administrative handling of key account utility customers from Sweden. Pricelists, bonus and discount agreements etc.
Sales support for key account customers, reports, client meetings etc.
Sales support for internal NKT sales persons
Overlap of order handling and minor quotes for Swedish customers


We do not require any specific educational background, most important is your experience with the tasks listed above combined with your personal skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in Swedish – in speech and writing
  • Experience in implementing new IT tools, e.g. ERP systems and or CRM systems (SAP), EDI systems
  • Great knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in process description and optimization

Good technical knowledge and business understanding will be preferred
In addition to the above, it will be preferred if you have knowledge of and experience in MS Access.

You will have some degree of contact with both internal and external stakeholders, so it is important that you have great communication skills and that, by nature, you are positive and service minded.
